The supporting staff at DermMedica is renowned for their mature, service-oriented, and patient-friendly care. As a whole, we operate on a strong culture of mutual respect for knowledge and professional excellence, and we are known for producing quality results for the people of Kelowna and the BC Interior.
Director Operations
CHARLENE
Charlene is our Director of Operations, working diligently behind the scenes to make sure everything is running smoothly.
Born and raised in Kamloops, Charlene attended the University of Lethbridge for a degree in Kinesiology before pursuing her MBA at the University of Victoria.
Charlene spends most of her time these days with her husband Craig, and young daughter and son.

What Inspires Me: Watching my daughter and son grow and change and seeing life through their eyes.
My Ideal Day Outside Work?: Spending a relaxing day with my husband, daughter and son.
LPN/Physician Assistant
KRYSTAL
Born and raised in Kelowna BC, Krystal graduated from the LPN program at Okanagan College in 2011. With the majority of her career in geriatrics, she switched roles in 2018 and joined the team at DermMedica. Krystal is passionate about medical aesthetics and providing direct patient care. She loves the four seasons the Okanagan has to offer, and spending time with her husband and two Bernese Mountain dogs Charlie and Sam. She also loves rock and roll and wishes Dr. Crippen would play more of it on a Friday afternoon. (Thanks Krystal, we’ll look into that for you!)
Favourite Treatment: Botox Cosmetic or Q-Switch laser for pigmentation.

What Inspires Me: Making people laugh and smile.
My Ideal Day Outside Work: Mountain biking or hiking with my two dogs. Enjoying a nice local red wine in the evening after a long day or week and visiting a local winery.
Laser Technician & Skin Care
LUCIE
Lucie moved to Canada in 2016 from a small town called Chevreuse just outside Paris, joining her brother and sister-in-law in Kelowna. She seized this new opportunity with a grateful heart, enjoying not only the beautiful surroundings, but all the outdoor activities that the Okanagan offers, hiking, biking, snowboarding and camping. Outside of work, Lucie loves spending as much time as possible with her 2 year old nephew, building puzzles and baking cookies.

What Inspires Me: My one true goal in life is to help others be the best version of themselves.
My Ideal Day Outside Work: Snowboarding during the winter months and hiking or biking in the summer, and ending a perfect day with a glass of wine that the Okanagan has to offer.

JENNIFER
Jennifer grew up in the states most of her life, but is happy to be back living with her husband and 3 sons in the sunny Okanagan. After graduating nursing school in 2013 she has settled down and enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She loves to travel and explore the world.
